*      Served as District Operations and Maintenance Manager for the Capital Region Community Development District (CRCDD).  Duties included the oversight of the field operations for over 3,200 acres involving  comprehensive site inspections, reporting to the Board of Supervisors, budgeting, vendor management, and serving as the liaison between the CDD Organization and the residents, developer, homeowner associates, the City of Tallahassee and service providers.
